42matches is looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) in software development on behalf of an innovative company. The company develops modern digital solutions and leverages cutting-edge technologies to provide optimal user experiences for its customers.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a team of frontend and backend engineers
• Ensure long-term technical health, scalability, and maintainability of software solutions
• Implement engineering best practices and ensure technical integrity
• Foster the development and growth of team members
• Identify and remove blockers while resolving conflicts within the team
• Support the Product Manager in creating, estimating, and executing Epics and User Stories
• Monthly team meetings in person

Requirements

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience leading a team of at least three software engineers
• Experience in developing and maintaining production-ready software solutions
• Strong proficiency in Angular
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide and receive direct feedback with empathy
• Fluency in English (company language); German is a nice-to-have
