Stellenbeschreibung

• Identify and manage key stakeholders across departmental projects and assess change impacts to establish the case for change
• Develop, manage and execute change and communication plans to drive stakeholder engagement and successful adoption
• Establish clear governance and change structures, including effective stakeholder and resistance management and employee engagement
• Advise and consult stream leaders, project core teams and Satair leadership on the effective implementation of change objectives
• Provide change management consulting for projects outside the portfolio, with a focus on stakeholder and resistance management, communication, governance and sustainable change adoption

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Communications, Psychology or Business Administration
• Professional experience in the field of Change Management and Public Relations
• Good knowledge of using MS Powerpoint and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
• English CV required
• Willingness to travel
